VRBO is acceptable (at this time) and several owners do use this method and according to my source "keep more money." This room 426 is in the hotel program, not vrbo. It grosses to the owner, I am told, " 17 K."  If in the Mountain Creek Hotel Front Desk Pool? the hotel grosses 35 K and owner share is 17 K from which owner pays all own expenses, taxes, maint.etc.. Resort does not own pools so your VRBO owner’s "guests" can use pools without extra charge, (extra pool charges do apply in GCL and Minerals.) Long term or Month to Month rental income is $ 2200 to $ 2400.
